Delivery Days and Hours: Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Delivery Locations: We provide delivery services to urban and city areas. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to farms or rural locations at this time.

Alternative Arrangements: If you reside in a rural or farm area and wish to make alternative delivery arrangements, please get in touch with our customer care team. We will do our best to assist you in finding a suitable solution.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note the following details about our RETURN policy:

Return Costs: All returns are at the customer's own cost. This means that if you wish to return an item for any reason, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.

Unworn and Unwashed Items: To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or damaged.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process either a refund or an exchange according to your preference. If you choose an exchange, we will ship the new item to you with standard delivery at no extra cost.
