Sizing Chart: To ensure that you receive the correct size for your little one, we highly recommend checking our sizing chart before placing an order. The sizing chart will help you find the perfect fit and avoid any potential size-related issues.
Unworn and Unwashed Items: To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or damaged.
Return Period: You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer care team to start the return process.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process either a refund or an exchange according to your preference. If you choose an exchange, we will ship the new item to you with standard delivery at no extra cost.
